Episode 60: The Spoiler Episode

True story: I had one of those two-foot-tall hard plastic Godzilla toys you see to the left. I used to sleep with it instead of a stuffed animal. All well and good, until his rocket fist would go off in the middle of the night and hit me in the eye. Godzilla apparently never heard the saying “love shouldn’t hurt.”

This informed every major relationship of the rest of my life.

Nate and I are feeling patriotic this week, as we spend some time discussing American movies, most notably the still-in-theaters Captain America and the DVD release The American. Episode 5: It’s Drafty In Here

Actual photo from a doughnuts and martinis party we threw. It was not a success.It’s late in posting, having recorded almost 2 weeks ago, but our inaugural Summer Movie Draft episode is finally here. The reasons for the lateness include trips to frightening foreign lands,  balky software that resulted in audio quality that compares unfavorably to cats committing carnal acts in a machine shop, and a sudden onset of the the Balkanized Vulture Death Virus.
